Today is my birthday.
I have been celebrating since Friday at about noon.

Seared Tuna - Bluewater
Fresh tuna rolled in spices then pan seared and served rare over wasabi aioli served with sweet ginger rice and julienne vegetables. These veggies are AMAZING!

Food Works - Chicken Picatta
Cread crumb seasoned chicken breast cutlet, mushrooms, tomatoes, capers & basil with white wine lemon butter, topped with parmesan cheeses. Served with the BEST mashed potatoes ever and the veggie of the day - which happened to be my favorite, squash and zucchini!
