Australian winter.

Honestly though, let's talk about winter in Australia.

I just returned from a two week joy trip to the other side of the world. When packing, I realized that going to the opposite side of the planet meant traveling to the season opposite of my own. Currently, Tennessee is experiencing blistering heat. Did that mean Australia, of all places, was going to be cold? No way. Right?

Well, it depends on what you consider cold. In my opinion, winter in Australia might be the most perfect season known to man. It is sunny, around 65 or 70 degrees fahrenheit and sans humidity. Hello beautiful. It did, occasionally, get a little chilly. However, I simply wasn't made for the heat, and, somehow I managed to pack fairly well for this new climate experience.

Regardless, I obviously had to shop while there. Thus, this dress was discovered. Perfect for floating around Perth and maintaing just the right body temperature. Huzzah.
