This neckline though.

I have always been fond of a modified halter neckline.

It really does something wonderful for the shoulders and collar bones.

This dress, in particular, hits several marks on my list of favorites. First of all, beyond the neckline, this is a delightful floral - and florals I clearly have a love affair with. Also, an easy breezy dress is always a go to for me in the sumer heat.

I paired this frock with heels, for a less casual look, but it also works well with flat sandals or booties - as I am all about the bootie all year long.

It is so comfortable for outdoor evening parties and to dance the night away in! Nothing goes better with backyard margaritas than color and comfort.
