White Boots are Here to Stay

You’ve seen the white bootie trend - it’s everywhere. Defying long time “fashion rules” about wearing white after Labor Day and adding a serious kick to an otherwise boring outfit. I’ve been watching, and I’ve been waiting for the right moment to move on the trend. Carefully, I’ve been seeking out the perfect pair of white leather booties.

Bust Out the Bold Denim

When it comes to denim - color, fringe, and cool buttons are just a few of the things I'm seeing in my future. We've been seeing the denim with patches trend for a while now (and, yes, I am still into it) but I want to play MORE!

Cold Weather Uniform

Streamline your life, and your wardrobe, when you can. This is my advice to you. Clutter doesn't bring anyone legitimate joy. It weighs us down and frankly makes things more complicated than they have to be. I often have trouble pairing down my closet in the summer.

Black & Yellow

It's been a long time since I last shared an outfit on my blog. Since then, a lot has happened. I'm currently recovering from my time as a red head with some strawberry blonde locks. It's gotten cold AF. Several tasty new restaurants have opened downtown. I've put up the Christmas tree and I'm getting ready to take it down. I've turned 27, and I'm looking to the New Year with eyes full of fun times and adventure.

Flower Power.

I love this simple outfit because the blue flowers in the top play so well with the color of the denim. The throwback detail at the bottom of these jeans is perfect and really helps to add something extra to a simple look.

Palms & patchwork.

So I've been watching a lot of Arrested Development lately. This skirt gives me serious Lindsay Bluth vibes, and I've decided I'm ok with that - at least for now. I'm only watching season one...
